“my art speaks to a deep truth: the body is our only true belonging; the most intimate and unfiltered expression of identity, belonging solely to ourselves. nude art, to me, is an act of liberation. it challenges imposed norms and peels away the shame draped over our physical form. each image i create becomes a letter to ownership, vulnerability, and profound self-acceptance.

“unnamed”

in the realm of nude art, hierarchy dissolves. it becomes a space of transformative equality, a visual democracy where every body is honored simply by existing. strip away the roles, the names, the constructs, and what remains is the most universal truth: the body. nothing more. nothing less.”

“my pieces have been my own tale from the beginning ; the mirror of me. i don’t call things inspiration, but i’m someone who fully lives inside their emotions. photography is my diary. every image holds a story infused with my life, if you look closely, you can read it.

“lost thoughts”

i started creating “looking for my | wings” and “lost thoughts” ,somewhere in the middle of my lostness. one night, i lost my senses , my entire body went numb; the day before, i had been flying. within 24 hours, my vision blurred, and i was suddenly a stranger to myself. i was searching for my wings and lost thoughts.

“wings”
“heartbeat”

heartbeat” was created in a moment where i needed to remember that my heart is still beating.

“tranquil”

tranquil” is a quiet reminder of the most beautiful day of my life. not a storm, just stillness. just peace. it wasn’t a feeling i wore on my skin, but a memory that settled deep in my soul.

who is zeynep?

zeynep has been in love with every form of art since childhood. their admiration led them to study art history at mimar sinan fine arts university, driven by a desire to understand art’s past and how it shapes the present.

after university they spent a decade as a pole performer where movement, identity, and expression merged through. during this time, they also began modeling and met photography from in front of the lens. they were enchanted by the nature of creating a moment and over time, they realized they wanted more than just a piece of the cake, they wanted to have it all.

zeynep found a new way to speak through their body by turning the camera toward themselves. creating self portraits became more than an art practice, it became a personal revolution. in front of the lens, zeynep found the freedom they had been seeking: a quiet, powerful space to meet their authentic self without expectations.they love to blend light and shadows, combining them with the body. through self portraits, they claim their body as their own; not an object, but a truth.

zeynep’s pieces are currently available only as NFTs, a choice rooted in their belief in decentralisation, uncensorship and a presence that transcends time. their work has been exhibited in Sao Paulo, Lisbon, and Paris and continues to evolve with new forms. zeynep currently lives and creates in Bodrum and Istanbul.
